How do I become Certified?
To earn your Certified Business Process Specialist credential, the process is straightforward and designed to fit into your busy schedule. You'll need to actively participate in all four days of the Strategic Edge Bootcamp and complete the three assignments, one for each day of training. We understand that life can be hectic, so we've built in some flexibility. While we encourage you to complete each assignment on the day it's given, you'll have a total of 5 days from the start of the bootcamp to submit all three assignments. Each assignment is crafted to take only 20-30 minutes, allowing you to apply your new knowledge without overwhelming your schedule. Once you've attended all sessions and successfully completed the assignments within the 5-day window, you'll officially earn your certification, marking your transformation from a support professional to a strategic partner.
How do I access the trainings?
Accessing the Strategic Edge Bootcamp trainings is simple and convenient. All sessions will take place in our exclusive Private group, creating a centralized hub for learning and interaction. Each day of the bootcamp gets unlocked for you daily with an in-depth training session.
